On March 13, the SCRUBS club of Owensboro Catholic High School set up a display in front of the school recognizing Child Abuse Prevention Month, which would take place in April. SCRUBS, which stands for Students Creating Respect Using Better Solutions, put up a large banner, several small yard signs, and multiple blue pinwheels, which are associated with child abuse prevention.
