Eight Ursuline Sisters celebrating jubilees of religious profession in 2024

BY MOUNT SAINT JOSEPH STAFF, SPECIAL TO THE WESTERN KENTUCKY CATHOLIC

Eight Ursuline Sisters of Mount Saint Joseph who have served a combined 500 years in service to God’s people are celebrating jubilees of religious profession in 2024. One is from Daviess County, five are from smaller cities in the Archdiocese of Louisville, and two are from Louisville. Their jubilees take place during a special year – the 150th anniversary of the Ursuline Sisters arrival at Maple Mount. There will be a special jubilee celebration during Community Days at the Motherhouse in July. To read more about this year’s jubilarians and their ministries, please visit the Ursuline Sisters’ webpage: ursulinesmsj.org/category/jubilarians. You can also follow the Ursuline Sisters of Mount Saint Joseph on Facebook where we are featuring each jubilarian.
