On Feb. 13, 2024, the Carmel Home in Owensboro was delighted to host a special guest to crown this year’s Carmel Home king and queen for Valentine’s Day. Bishop William F. Medley visited to bestow the crowns upon Robert “Bob” and Joyce Ballard, a married couple belonging to St. Stephen Cathedral and who reside at the Carmel Home.
