Our 15th summer of camp at Gasper River Catholic Youth Camp and Retreat Center was amazing! Our theme this summer was the Woman at the Well. We talked about how Jesus seeks us always, thirsts for us, desires to encounter us and challenges us to change and go make more.

As fall appears on the horizon, so also approaches the ninth annual “Bluegrass on (Lake) Beshear – Pickin’ Life” music fest, scheduled for Oct 8, 2022, which benefits three life-affirming pregnancy care centers in western Kentucky.
After participating in the Diocese of Owensboro’s regional listening sessions that were part of the Synod on Synodality process, Bishop William F. Medley said the greatest surprise for him “was that there were no surprises.”
