On Sept. 17, St. Joseph Parish in Leitchfield held a 4 p.m. Mass in celebration of the parish’s 150th anniversary. Bishop William F. Medley attended and presided at the Mass, which was attended by a filled-to-capacity congregation. In addition to current pastor, Fr. Sinoj Pyndath, several permanent deacons assisted and several former pastors concelebrated at the liturgy, which was followed by a meal and celebration in the parish hall.
